How do I download my purchased files?
After completing your purchase, you will receive a download email with a direct link to your files. You can also download your files immediately from the order confirmation page after checkout.
What if I don’t receive the download email?
Please check your spam or junk folder first. Sometimes the email can take a few minutes to arrive. If you still haven’t received it after 5 minutes, please contact us at support@adobebasics.com and we’ll help you access your files.
What should I do if the product doesn’t work or I’m having issues?
If you’re having issues, first try restarting Premiere Pro and your computer. Then, try removing the product and reinstalling it again. If the issue continues, contact us at support@adobebasics.com and include a screenshot or screen recording of the problem so we can help you faster.
Can I get a refund if I don’t like the product?
Due to the nature of digital downloads, all sales are final and refunds are not available. Please review the product details carefully before purchasing. If you have any questions before buying, feel free to contact us at support@adobebasics.com.

Do your products work on both Mac and Windows?
Yes. Our products are designed to work on both Mac and Windows, as long as you are using the required Adobe software version listed on the product page.

Where can I find my downloads and orders?
You can find your downloads in the email you received after purchase and on the order confirmation page shown after checkout. If you have a customer account, you can also log in to your account on our website to view your orders and access your purchased files anytime.
Can I access my products again later?
Yes. If you have a customer account, you can log in anytime to access your purchased products and download the latest available versions.
What should I include when contacting support?
To help us solve your issue faster, please include your order number, the product name, your Premiere Pro version, your operating system, and a screenshot or screen recording of the issue.
How long does it take to get a response from support?
We do our best to respond as quickly as possible. Most support requests are answered within 24–48 hours.
I entered the wrong email address at checkout. What should I do?

Can I change the email connected to my order?

What software do the presets work with?
Our Premiere Pro presets work with Adobe Premiere Pro 2019 or newer. Please check the specific product page for exact compatibility details.
Are the presets compatible with both Mac and Windows?
Yes. Our presets work on both Mac and Windows versions of Adobe Premiere Pro.
Do I need any plugins?
No. The presets work natively inside Premiere Pro. No extra plugins are required.
Do the presets work with vertical video?
Yes. The presets are designed to work with different aspect ratios, including vertical, square, and widescreen videos.
How do I import Premiere Pro presets?
To import Premiere Pro presets, open the Effects panel by going to Window > Effects. Then right-click the Presets folder and choose Import Presets. Select the .prfpset file you downloaded and click Open.
The presets will now appear under the Presets folder. You can simply drag and drop them onto your clips to apply them.

How do I install Motion Graphic Templates in Premiere Pro?
For Premiere Pro 2018–2024, open the Essential Graphics panel by going to Window > Essential Graphics. Then drag and drop your MOGRT file into the panel.
In Premiere Pro 2025 or newer, use the Graphics Templates panel instead. You can enable it by going to Window > Graphics Templates, then drag your MOGRT file into the panel.
After importing, you can add the template to your timeline and customize it directly inside Premiere Pro.

Yes. You can sell or deliver finished videos that use our products, as long as you are not reselling or redistributing the actual product files.
Can my team use the same purchase?
A standard purchase is intended for one user. If you need access for a company, team, school, or agency, please apply for a business account or contact us for licensing options.

Do you offer business accounts?
Yes. We offer company accounts for businesses, agencies, schools, and teams that need business invoicing, VAT reverse charge eligibility, or team licensing.
How do I create a business account?
You can apply for a business account through our company account page. Please enter your company information, VAT number if applicable, and the email connected to your standard customer account if you already have one.
Once your business account has been reviewed and created, we will send you a confirmation email.
Do you offer VAT reverse charge for businesses?
VAT reverse charge may be available for eligible businesses with a valid VAT number. Please create a business account and provide your company details so we can review your eligibility.
Can I get an invoice for my purchase?
Yes. Business customers can receive invoices through a company account. If you already purchased using a standard customer account, contact us with your order number and company details so we can help you.
