Can I get a refund if I don’t like the product?

How do I import Premiere Pro presets?

To import Premiere Pro presets, open the Effects panel by going to Window > Effects. Then right-click the Presets folder and choose Import Presets. Select the .prfpset file you downloaded and click Open. The presets will now appear under the Presets folder—just drag and drop them onto your clips to apply the preset.

Motion Graphic Templates

How do I install Motion Graphic Templates in Premiere Pro?

For Premiere Pro 2018–2024, open the Essential Graphics panel by going to Window > Essential Graphics. Then, drag and drop your MOGRT file into the panel.

In Premiere Pro 2025, use the Graphics Templates tab instead—enable it via Window > Graphics Templates—and drag your MOGRT file there. After importing, you can add the MOGRT to your timeline and customize it.

What should I do if the template doesn’t work?

If a template doesn’t work, first try restarting Premiere Pro and your computer. If it still doesn’t work, try dragging the template onto the timeline again.

Project Files

What software do I need to use the project files?

You need Adobe Premiere Pro or After Effects to use the project files. Please check the product page to see the exact software version required for each file.

Do these project files work on both Mac and Windows?

Yes, the project files are fully compatible with both Mac and Windows operating systems.

Are all assets included?

Yes, all images, videos, and media assets are included with the project files. However, fonts and third-party effects or plugins (like Deep Glow) are not included. You may need to install those separately if required.

What should I do if I see missing files or errors?

If you're seeing missing files or error messages, it's most likely because some media is unlinked.

In After Effects or Premiere Pro, you can relink these files by right-clicking on the missing items and selecting "Replace Footage" or "Link Media." Then, navigate to the correct location on your computer.
