Step 1: Install EaseFlow
Your license key and download links arrive by email right after checkout. Run the installer, then open the EaseFlow panel in Premiere Pro 2023 and dock it next to Effect Controls.
Step 2: Make a caption pop
On your vertical sequence, add two Scale keyframes to a caption, from small to full size, a few frames apart. Put the playhead on them, click Bouncy in the Apple library and press Apply. The word now springs up and settles.
Step 3: Put the bounce on a key
Right-click Bouncy, choose Set Shortcut and press, for example, an F key. Move to the next caption, set its keyframes and press the key. Repeat down the whole reel.
