The short answer
Looking for an SVG2Premiere alternative? QuickPaste lets you copy an SVG file and paste it straight into Premiere Pro with Cmd + V (Ctrl + V on Windows). It is converted to a clean PNG as it pastes and lands in the bin you choose.
The same paste handles PDF and EPS artwork, every common image format, and much more, on Mac and Windows.

SVG logos and icons, pasted
Client logos, icon sets and brand marks are almost always delivered as SVG files. They are small, sharp and easy to share, and you need them in your edit for watermarks, lower thirds, intros and end cards.
With QuickPaste, getting one into Premiere Pro takes the two keys you already use for everything else. No converting in another app, no export settings, no Import dialog.
Step 1: Install QuickPaste
Your download is ready right after checkout and also arrives by email. Run the guided installer for Mac or Windows and it sets up the QuickPaste app and the Premiere Pro plugin for you. QuickPaste supports Premiere Pro 2021 to 2026.
Step 2: Copy the SVG file
Find the logo in Finder or File Explorer, select it and press Cmd + C. You can select several SVGs at once, or mix them with photos, PDFs and other files. Copying vector artwork from your design app works too.

Step 3: Paste it into Premiere Pro
Click anywhere in Premiere Pro and press Cmd + V. QuickPaste turns logo.svg into logo.png and puts it in your project. Other images in the same paste become PNGs too, and PDF pages arrive as one PNG each.
With Paste at Playhead on, the logo also drops onto your timeline at the playhead. Scale it down, move it to a corner and lower the opacity, and you have a brand bug. Our tutorial on adding a watermark in Premiere Pro walks through the rest.

Step 4: Check your paste settings
Open the QuickPaste panel to fine-tune what happens on every paste:
- Paste To. Send pasted logos to their own bin, a bin you pick, or the project root. A Logos bin keeps client marks together.
- Convert Images to PNG. Keep it on so vectors and images always arrive as PNGs.
- Paste at Playhead. On to place pastes on the timeline, off to keep them in the bin.
- Paste Shortcut. Record your own keys, and reset to the default in one click.

Beyond SVG: PDF, EPS and everything else
Vectors are only the start. The same paste brings in:
- Images. PNG, JPEG, GIF, WebP, HEIC, AVIF, TIFF, BMP and RAW, all converted to PNG.
- Adobe files. Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects and MOGRT, as the real file.
- Video and audio. Any file Premiere Pro imports.
- Colors and text. HEX, RGB, HSL, CMYK, OKLCH and CSS gradients, and text pasted as a title.
